This role sits at the intersection of product management, construction technology, information governance and business transformation. You will work with project, engineering, construction, asset management, operations and technology stakeholders to improve how information is created, managed, shared and reused throughout the project and asset lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap and priorities for CDE and construction digitalisation products.
  • Identify opportunities to improve information flow, collaboration and digital processes across planning, design, construction, handover and operations.
  • Drive digitalisation initiatives across areas such as design management, document control, construction collaboration, BIM coordination, digital submissions and project handover.
  • Translate business and user needs into clear product outcomes, requirements and a prioritised backlog.
  • Prioritise enhancements based on user value, business impact, technical feasibility, risk, dependencies and delivery effort.
  • Define product success metrics, adoption measures and value-realisation outcomes to support data-driven decision making.
  • Work closely with project teams, consultants, contractors, operations teams, architects, engineers and technology partners.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver scalable, maintainable and user-centric digital solutions.
  • Manage product dependencies, delivery risks and stakeholder expectations throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Continuously assess user feedback, operational needs and product performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, Construction Digitalisation, Information Management, Project Delivery, Asset Management or a related field.
  • Experience defining and managing product strategies, roadmaps, priorities and measurable outcomes for enterprise digital products or platforms.
  • Strong understanding of construction delivery processes, BIM-enabled workflows and Common Data Environment principles.
  • Experience with information and document workflows across design, construction, project handover and asset operations.
  • Able to translate complex business and user needs into actionable product priorities and delivery plans.
  • Strong experience managing product trade-offs across value, cost, technical constraints, risk and business priorities.
  • Good understanding of information governance, metadata, data ownership, auditability and traceability.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across business, technical and operational teams.
  • Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Kanban or product-oriented delivery environments.

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with CDE, BIM or construction technology platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Autodesk Platform Services, Bentley, Procore, Oracle Aconex, Nemetschek or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of ISO 19650 and information management concepts.
  • Experience within construction, property development, infrastructure, facilities management, asset management or the wider built environment.
  • Exposure to BIM coordination, digital engineering, model/document management and project-to-operations handover.
  • Experience defining product adoption, user experience and performance metrics.
  • Understanding of APIs, enterprise integrations, master data, analytics and digital platform ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence or SharePoint.
  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation, governance or large-scale digitalisation programmes.

What You’ll Be Driving

You will play a key role in creating a trusted digital environment where project and asset information is structured, accessible and reusable. The role will focus on improving collaboration, reducing information fragmentation, strengthening digital handover processes and ensuring digital products deliver measurable value throughout the asset lifecycle.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
