The posting

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be a key product contributor and trusted customer partner, playing an important role in shaping the future of our PWG and WaferSight semiconductor metrology and process control solutions. You will serve as a key connection between customers, product development teams, and business leadership, engaging directly with semiconductor manufacturers to understand their evolving technical roadmaps and process challenges. Using these insights, you will help shape product strategy and support market adoption. This role brings together technical expertise, customer engagement, business insight, market awareness, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our products deliver meaningful value and address the industry's most important needs.

Customer Engagement and Business Growth

- Take ownership of business objectives for designated regions, accounts, or market segments.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as a trusted partner on process challenges and future technical roadmap needs.

- Support customer-facing engagements, including executive briefings, technical reviews, strategic account discussions, and development of product statements of work.

- Partner with sales and field teams to shape engagement strategies and support product adoption.

- Communicate complex technical concepts and share how our solutions address customer challenges, deliver measurable value, and stand out in the market.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, operations, and commercial teams to support product development, enhancement, launch, and market growth.

- Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, helping translate customer needs into actionable product development.

Product Advocacy and Team Support

- Support the promotion of technically sophisticated products through customer presentations and technical content.

- Assist field personnel and product team members on customer engagements, product positioning, and presentation effectiveness.

- Contribute to strategic customer opportunities, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis

- Lead market research to identify industry trends, technology inflections, and growth opportunities.

- Monitor competitor activities and market developments to inform product and business strategy.

Minimum Qualifications - Minimum Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years - Good working knowledge of the semiconductor industry - Good communication and interpersonal skills
