Product Executive

  • Survey travel market for opportunity areas and develop related products to cater to consumers’ current and future demands
  • Manage Special project groups, champion its success and organize activities for customers during the tour
  • Maintain good and professional working relationship with operators, suppliers and other trade partners
  • Update tour package details and related prices to Chan Brothers Travel website on a timely basis
  • Provide strong support to sales personals to ensure smooth delivery of customer services
  • Provide weekly updates of sales and inventory figures for management reporting purposes
  • Conduct product and sales kit briefing before road shows and travel fairs
  • Liaise with Marketing Communications and eCommerce teams for advertisements on various print and online platforms
  • Generate and execute marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and many more
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Tourism and hospitality management related studies
  • Possess analytical skills and ability to conceptualize innovative ideas
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast paced, results-driven, team-oriented environment
  • Fluent English and conversational Mandarin preferred as the incumbent is required to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders & customers
  • Familiarity with and knowledge of digital and online marketing methods is beneficial
  • Entry-level candidate with relevant Diploma are welcome to apply
