The posting

Responsibilities:

  • Convert leads generated by partner banks into successful sales via telemarketing.
  • Address customer inquiries confidently and professionally.
  • Communicate with customers through email correspondence.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure policy fulfilment.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets assigned for both team and individual performance.

Requirements:

  • Possession of a certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills are essential.
  • A motivated and sales-driven attitude is required to thrive in this role.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets is preferred.
