Job Scope:

  • Operate injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and automation systems to manufacture medical components.
  • Monitor machine parameters, cycle times, and material flow to maintain stable production and product quality.
  • Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to identify defects and ensure products meet specifications.
  • Record production output, rejects, and process issues accurately in production logs.
  • Follow ISO 13485, FDA, GMP, cleanroom, hygiene, safety, PPE, and 5S requirements.
  • Report equipment or quality issues, perform basic machine adjustments, cleaning and maintenance, and carry out other duties as assigned.
