Who are we looking for?

We are seeking for a detail-oriented and proactive Planner to coordinate production schedules, manage material requirements, and ensure timely delivery of products. This role is essential in optimizing manufacturing operations, balancing supply and demand, and supporting on-time delivery to customers.

What will you be doing?

  • Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory levels.
  • Issuance of work orders to Production and ensure raw materials are assigned and consumed accordingly.
  • Coordinate with procurement on raw materials requirements to ensure availability for production.
  • Collaborate with Production, Quality Control, Engineering, Customer Service, Warehouse and Logistics to ensure on-time production, goods availability, order fulfilment status and on-time delivery requirements.
  • Track inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stocks, aligning with Company’s targets.

Who are You?

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain or related field
  • 2-3 years of planning experience
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently and in teams

What competencies will you need?

  • Familiar with MRP and JDE system
  • Relevant planning experience is preferred
  • Well organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
