Production / Product Engineer – Semiconductor Testing

Job Scope

We are looking for an experienced Production / Product Engineer with good knowledge and hands-on exposure to ETS or other semiconductor ATE tester platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Support semiconductor production testing, product engineering and manufacturing activities.

• Perform product/test debugging and troubleshoot production-related test issues.

• Support ATE test programs and tester-related activities for production requirements.

• Analyze test data, yield trends and failure Pareto to identify abnormalities and potential root causes.

• Drive yield improvement, quality improvement, test-time optimization and cost-reduction activities.

• Support new product introduction (NPI), product qualification and transfer to production.

• Investigate lot-on-hold, low-yield and abnormal test results and support appropriate disposition.

• Perform correlation and verification activities between testers, test programs, sites and production setups.

• Work closely with Test Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Process and other engineering teams to resolve technical issues.

• Prepare and maintain engineering reports, test results, specifications and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant semiconductor Product/Production/Test Engineering experience.

• Strong knowledge or hands-on experience with ETS tester platforms or other semiconductor ATE testers.

• Good understanding of semiconductor testing, wafer sort/final test, yield analysis and production processes.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with cross-functional engineering teams.

Service Agreement Requirement: This is a permanent full-time position. However, due to the project requirements and continuity of the assignment, selected candidates are required to commit to a mandatory 2-year Service Agreement.
