Key Duties and Responsibilities

· Program & Production Coordination

  • Support end‑to‑end program execution from planning to delivery. Translate customer demand and business priorities into executable production plans. Track progress, Build Status. Output against Planning. Monitor CTB (Clear‑to‑Build) status and material readiness. Drive adherence to program milestones and delivery commitments. Handling all customer inquiries, including preparing cost estimates and quotations Inclusive of Engineering Change, RMA Queries, Commercial and Sales related matters.

· Stakeholder & Customer Co-ordination

o Liaise with Production, Planning, Procurement, Engineering, Quality,and Logistics teams.

o Reviewing Build Plan weekly and frequently with ProgramPlanner.

o Chair program reviews, daily/weekly build meetings, and escalationforums as required.

o Communicate program priorities, changes, and risks clearly tostakeholders.

o Facilitate communication to resolve issues related to capacity,supply chain disruptions, or Quality concerns, and Engineering Change Notice

o Support alignment between demand, capacity, and materialavailability.

o Align stakeholders on priorities, trade‑offs, and recovery plans.

o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding programupdates and requirements.

· Reporting & Tracking

o Maintain accurate program trackers, dashboards, and reports. Manageprogram budgets, cost targets, and change requests.

o Monitor shortages, constraints, and risks; escalate issuespromptly.

o Prepare weekly/monthly reports & KPI data updates for managementreview.

  • Issue Management

o Actively Identify production or material bottlenecks and propose mitigation plans.

o Escalate critical issues with clear impact analysis and recommended actions.

o Support recovery actions to meet output and delivery targets

o Follow up on corrective actions and closure of issues.

· Process Improvement

o Support Continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and delivery performance.

o Contribute to standard work, SOPs, and best practices in program management.

o Mentor junior program executives and support capability building within the team.

· KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

o On Time Delivery (OTD) to customers

o Production output vs plan

o Material readiness / shortage resolution

o Accuracy and timeliness of reporting

· Required Qualifications

o Education: Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.

o Experience:

5–8 years of experience in manufacturing operations, program management, or production planning.

o Proven experience managing complex, high‑mix or high‑volumemanufacturing program.

o Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, and quality systems like FA (First Article) , PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), ECN (Engineering Change Notice)

· Essential Skills & Competency

o Strong coordination and follow‑up skills. Must be a Tam Player

o Good understanding of manufacturing workflows and productionplanning.

o Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

o Detail‑oriented, structured, and proactive, Continuous improvement mindset .

o Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills

o Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.

o Sense of urgency and adaptability

o Accountability and ownership

· Adaptability

o Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

· Working Conditions

o Office environment with regular interaction on Production Floor.

· Able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
