Position : Programme Coordinator – SAGE CREST @ Sengkang

Job Purpose
The Programme Coordinator supports the day-to-day coordination and delivery of activities at SAGE Wellness Centre, with a focus on supporting CREST (Community Outreach Team) programmes and outreach activities.
The role involves coordinating programme logistics,engaging seniors and community participants, maintaining participant recordsand attendance, facilitating communications, and providing administrativesupport to ensure programmes and outreach activities run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
1. Programme & Activity Coordination
- Assist in planning, coordinating and conducting centre-based programmes, activities, workshops and community outreach initiatives.
- Support the logistics and operational arrangements for programmes, including venue setup, registration, materials, refreshments and equipment.
- Coordinate participant registration and attendance for programmes and activities.
- Follow up with participants regarding attendance, programme schedules and other relevant arrangements.
- Assist CREST staff in engaging seniors and community members to encourage participation in suitable programmes and activities.
2. Participant Engagement & Outreach
- Proactively engage seniors, caregivers, residents and members of the public during outreach activities and centre programmes.
- Approach and interact confidently with members of the public, including strangers, to introduce SAGECC’s services and programmes.
- Assist in identifying and encouraging potential participants to access appropriate activities or support services.
- Maintain regular communication with participants through appropriate channels such as email and WhatsApp.
- Send programme reminders, updates and follow-up messages to participants.
3. Administration & Data Management
- Maintain accurate participant and programme records, including attendance and follow-up information.
- Use computer software and digital platforms to update and track cases, participants and programme activities.
- Maintain and update mailing lists and participant contact databases.
- Perform data entry and assist with data collation and reporting when required.
- Ensure programme records and documentation are kept organised and up to date.
- Support the preparation of simple reports, statistics and programme-related documentation.
4. Outreach & Event Support
- Assist with the planning and execution of outreach events, roadshows, health and wellness activities, talks and community engagements.
- Support registration, crowd management, booth setup, distribution of materials and other event logistics.
- Be prepared to work on weekends and outside normal office hours when required for outreach events and activities.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Polytechic diploma or relevant qualifications. Candidates with relevant experience in social services, community outreach, events or programme coordination will be advantageous.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and other computer-based applications.
- Comfortable using digital communication platforms such as WhatsApp and email to communicate with participants and maintain mailing lists.
- Able to accurately perform data entry, record keeping and attendance tracking.
- Good organisational and coordination skills, with attention to detail.
- Able to communicate comfortably with seniors, caregivers, community partners and members of the public.
- Proactive, approachable and confident in engaging and speaking with strangers, particularly during outreach activities.
- Able to work independently, take initiative and follow through on assigned tasks.
- Positive, patient and service-oriented attitude.
- Willing and able to work on weekends for outreach events and selected programme activities.
- Prior experience working with seniors, community programmes, social services or healthcare settings will be an advantage.
