Job Role
- To prepare monthly and quarterly reports
- To update events and volunteers databases
- Prepare materials for events (e.g., flyers, slides, admin brief)
- To coordinate recruitment arrangement
- To coordinate with external stakeholders to arrange for mental health talks/workshops/events
- To coordinate and prepare necessary documents for bookkeeper
- To manage and update HR portal
- Any other adhoc duties assigned by management
Requirement
- Diploma in any field
- Basic computer skills (MS Office - Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Word)
Work Experience
- Relevant experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
