Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organise, and conduct active ageing programmes for the elderly in the community.
  • Ensure that programmes meet standards and achieve desired client engagement outcomes.
  • Implement new programmes or services based on the needs of service users.
  • Conduct programme evaluations to gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Identify areas for enhancement and initiate necessary improvements.
  • Guide volunteers in executing programme activities.
  • Manage programme budgets and resources.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Relevant experience in working with elderly clients in community, healthcare, or social service settings.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
