Job Summary

Coordinate and supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings, safety standards, and schedules, while managing subcontractors and maintaining quality control on site.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with subcontractors to align work with project drawings, specifications, and schedules FOR Bored Micro Piling works
  • Supervise construction teams and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project plans and safety protocols
  • Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and mitigate safety hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Monitor work progress and implement corrective actions to maintain smooth project execution
  • Liaise with stakeholders including Resident Engineers (RE) and Resident Technical Officers (RTO) to conduct site inspections
  • Educate site workers on construction safety regulations and accident prevention protocols
  • Analyze construction drawings to verify compliance with design, safety, and budget requirements
  • Recommend operational or procedural changes to improve construction efficiency and quality
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to construction activities and safety compliance
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support project objectives

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma or higher in Civil/Structural Engineering or a relevant field
  • Certification in RES, Lifting Supervisor, and Confined Space Supervisor
  • Knowledge of Singapore building and construction safety regulations
  • Working knowledge of Micro piling works in singapore construction tools and equipment
