Job Responsibilities:
Project Document Control Related Responsibilities:
• Engineering Drawings management and follow-up
• FAT Reports
• Inspection Report
• Documents Register & Approval Records
• Follow-up and reminders for pending documents
• Equipment drawings
• Technical data/documentation
• Outstation service engineer SY entries
• BD visitor arrangements and coordination
• Visitor records
• MOM for meetings
• Food/Flight & Hotel arrangement for Team
• Team Vacation record
Site Document Control Responsibilities:-
• MOM meeting for daily site work
• Collection and filing of service reports
• Preparation of Site Work Done Reports
• Preparation/coordination of DDOs for local vendors
• Contract VO entries and maintaining the Excel register
• Maintaining the OFE list
• Updating Excel with location of delivered spares
• Good Gate Pass arrangements and coordination
• Site Photographs
• Service Engineer reports
• Contract Change of job scope
• Claim & supporting documents for Team
• Vendors WPS or Material Cert record keeping.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma qualification in Business Administration, Engineering Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in document control, project administration, site administration, or a similar support role, preferably within engineering, construction, marine, oil & gas, or industrial environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong organizational and document management skills with experience handling engineering drawings, technical documentation, inspection reports, approval records, and project correspondence.
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong conversational and interpersonal skills
