The posting

Our client is a Singapore’s leading distributor for electrical, lighting, control and safety products and accessories. Currently, they are looking for an Project Engineer to join their family.

Job Details

  • Salary range: $3000-$4200 (depends on experience)
  • Working Hour: Monday to Friday (8am-5.30pm)
  • Working Location: Kallang (Central)
  • Benefits: Performance Bonus (Twice a year), quarterly incentive, annual profit sharing
  • Free parking, medical and dental benefits

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Engineer in delivering EVC (Electric Vehicle Charging) projects to clients in accordance with project requirements.
  • Support Project Engineers in coordinating with business partners and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are completed within the agreed timeline.
  • Assist in providing technical solutions and engineering support for EVC projects.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and Engineering team on project planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Conduct site surveys with contractors and prepare project schedules, progress reports, and other required project documentation.
  • Coordinate with customers, contractors, Customer Service Executives (CSE), Sales, and other relevant parties to ensure timely delivery of materials, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
  • Conduct site briefings and toolbox meetings to ensure contractors and workers are aware of all workplace safety requirements, hazards, and safe work procedures.
  • Supervise site activities and attend project meetings to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications and schedule.
  • Prepare material requirements and purchase requisitions for timely procurement of project materials.
  • Support project in the preparation and submission of engineering drawings and technical documentation.
  • Support the preparation and submission of project progress claims, project reports, and documentation required for invoicing by the Customer Service Executive.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Requirement:

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering and Power Engineering
