The posting

About the Role

We’re looking for someone who likes making things happen.

At Thinkads, our projects don’t live only in PowerPoint. We bring campaigns to life — from brand activations and pop-ups to retail experiences, events, roadshows and creative campaigns.

As our Project Executive – Brand Activation & Events, you’ll work alongside our Project Management, Creative and Production teams to take projects from brief → idea → planning → production → LIVE!

Some days you’ll be working on timelines and client feedback. Other days you’ll be sourcing a venue, coordinating suppliers, checking production or standing onsite watching something you’ve spent weeks planning finally come alive.

If you’re organised, resourceful and the kind of person who naturally thinks “Okay, what’s next?”, we’d like to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Project & Client Management

  • Support and manage projects from client brief through execution and completion.
  • Understand project requirements, objectives, timelines and deliverables.
  • Communicate with clients and provide clear project updates.
  • Prepare meeting recaps, timelines, workback schedules and action lists.
  • Most importantly — follow through. If something is pending, you’ll know what’s happening and what needs to happen next.

Brand Activation & Events

  • Coordinate brand activations, pop-ups, roadshows, retail campaigns and events.
  • Work with venues, malls, landlords and activation partners.
  • Support site visits, event preparation and onsite execution.
  • Coordinate setup, installation, event days and teardown when required.
  • Troubleshoot the little surprises that inevitably happen when ideas become real life.

Creative & Production Coordination

  • Work closely with our Studio and Production teams to turn approved concepts into actual deliverables.
  • Coordinate artwork requirements, production specifications, deadlines and approvals.
  • Liaise with printers, fabricators, contractors, logistics teams and other suppliers.
  • Source vendors and obtain/compare quotations.
  • Monitor production quality, timelines and delivery.

Project Ownership

  • Keep projects moving without waiting to be reminded.
  • Keep relevant team members updated so everyone has visibility.
  • Flag potential delays or problems early — not when they have already become emergencies.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities while keeping details organised.

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need to know everything on Day 1.

We’re looking for someone with initiative, common sense, curiosity and strong follow-through.

Ideally, you have:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Events, Business or related discipline.
  • Around 1–3 years’ experience in events, advertising, marketing, account servicing, project coordination or brand activation.
  • Fresh graduates with strong internship/event experience are also welcome.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Comfortable communicating with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities.
  • Resourceful and willing to find solutions instead of waiting for answers.
  • Comfortable with occasional onsite work and flexible hours when projects go LIVE.

Hands-on & Flexible – Willing to support event/site setup, installation and teardown, including occasional evenings or weekends when required.

Ownership & Reliability – Takes responsibility for assigned tasks from start to completion, with strong follow-through and a positive working attitude.

Independent Team Player – Able to work independently, take initiative and solve problems, while collaborating well with the team.

Experience in an advertising, experiential, events, creative or production agency is a bonus — but attitude and ownership matter to us just as much.

You’ll Probably Enjoy This Role If…

You’re the person who:

Likes seeing an idea become something people can actually touch, experience or participate in.

Gets satisfaction from ticking things off and closing loops.

Will chase an unanswered email instead of assuming somebody else will do it.

Can talk comfortably to a client in the morning and a production vendor in the afternoon.

Doesn’t panic when Plan A suddenly becomes Plan B. 😄

Wants exposure to different brands, industries and types of campaigns rather than doing the same thing every day.

What You’ll Get

You’ll gain hands-on exposure across client servicing, creative, production, events and experiential marketing — rather than being boxed into one narrow function.

As you grow, you’ll have opportunities to take greater ownership of accounts and projects, progressing towards Project Manager / Account Manager based on performance and client-management capabilities.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
