The posting

Chinatown Heritage Centre is embarking on a series of new visitor experience, marketing and partnership initiatives over the next 6 to 12months, aimed at increasing awareness, footfall and visitor engagement. We are looking for a hands-on and creative Project Executive to support the planning and execution of these initiatives across marketing, content creation, public-facing activations, partner campaigns and day-to-day project coordination.

This is a 6 to 12-month contract role, with potential for extension or conversion to a full-time position depending on business needs and performance.

Key Responsibilities 1. Project and Activation Support

  • Support the planning, coordination and execution of campaigns, events, visitor activations and engagement programmes.
  • Assist with logistics, vendor coordination, setup, on-site / off-site operations, stakeholder follow-up and project timelines.

2. Marketing and Content Support

  • Support marketing initiatives across website, social media, OTA platforms, partner channels and on-ground promotional touchpoints.
  • Manage and maintain all social media accounts (i.e. Instagram, Xiaohongshu, Tik-Tok, Wechat), including content planning, posting, community engagement and monitoring of campaign performance.
  • Assist with content creation, including creative design work, social media posts, photography, short-form & long-form videos and marketing campaign materials.
  • Be comfortable appearing in or supporting marketing content, including simple videos, reels, visitor-facing explainers or public-facing campaign moments.

3. Visitor and Partner Engagement

  • Support public-facing engagement activities, including explaining activities to visitors, encouraging participation and collecting feedback where required.
  • Assist in coordinating partner promotions, redemption mechanics, campaign materials and simple partner follow-ups.

4. Reporting and Administrative Support

  • Collect and consolidate visitor, programme, campaign and redemption data for reporting and future planning.
  • Maintain project trackers, campaign records, vendor quotations and other administrative documents.
  • Provide general support for day-to-day projects and ad hoc initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Tourism, Hospitality, Events, Business, Design or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, events, tourism, hospitality, social media, content creation or project coordination is required.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate confidently with Mandarin-speaking visitors, partners and stakeholders. Mandarin proficiency is required due to the nature of the business and CHC’s engagement with Mandarin-speaking markets and audiences.
  • Experience in handling social media accounts (Instagram, Xiaohongshu, Tik-Tok, Wechat) and creating marketing content, including creative designs, photos, videos and social media materials.
  • Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools or similar design / video editing platforms
  • Comfortable with public-facing work, including speaking to visitors, supporting activations and appearing in marketing videos where required.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate tasks and follow through on timelines.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative, proactive, hands-on and willing to support both marketing and operations.
  • Able to work occasional weekends, evenings or public holidays when required for events, campaigns or activations.

Preferred Attributes

  • Proactive, confident and personable, with a natural ability to engage visitors and partners.
  • Has an eye for design, storytelling and visitor experience.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where plans may evolve.
  • Interested in Singapore heritage, culture, tourism and visitor engagement.
  • Able to balance creativity with practical execution.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
