Job Scope

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within project logistics, heavylift, breakbulk, and supply chain solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with customers.
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitor activities.

Project Logistics Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute project cargo movements from origin to destination.
  • Develop transportation and logistics solutions for oversized heavy-lift, and specialized cargo.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, project schedules, and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with carriers, vendors, customs authorities, and logistics partners.
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and delivery performance.

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily logistics operations to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
  • Monitor shipment status and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Optimize transportation routes, costs, and resource utilization.
  • Ensure adherence to company SOPs, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Prepare operational reports and performance metrics.

Financial & Commercial Control

  • Develop project budgets and cost estimates.
  • Monitor project profitability and margins.
  • Approve operational expenses and control costs.
  • Review invoicing, billing, and payment collections.
  • Support financial forecasting and revenue planning.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor operations and sales personnel.
  • Allocate resources and manage team performance.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide training where necessary.
  • Foster collaboration between sales and operations teams.

Customer Service

  • Serve as the main point of contact for key customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem solving.
  • Address customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
  • Build long-term strategic partnerships with clients and vendors.

Requirement

  • Knowledge of customs regulations, international shipping, and transportation methods.
  • Leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
