1. PROJECT MANAGER - CONSTRUCTION/ MECHANICAL

Location: Singapore

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Project Manager to join our team and oversee construction and mechanical projects from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and coordinate project activities from start to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
  • Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and site activities.
  • Ensure works are carried out according to project specifications, drawings, schedules, and safety requirements.
  • Attend site meetings and coordinate with relevant parties.
  • Prepare project schedules, progress updates, reports, and other project documentation.
  • Monitor project costs and ensure timely completion of works.
  • Resolve site issues and coordinate with the relevant teams for timely solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore workplace safety and project requirements.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Review and interpret AutoCAD drawings and technical specifications
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant project management experience in Singapore.
  • Experience in construction / mechanical projects preferred.
  • Good knowledge of site operations, project coordination, and manpower management.
  • Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with clients and site teams.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple project requirements.
