Reports to: Project Director
Role Purpose
Manage and deliver assigned CES_Salcon projects / workstreams to meet scope, schedule, cost, quality and WSH requirements. Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning activities and manage key project interfaces through to completion and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-discipline coordination across design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning.
- Manage project programme, weekly look-ahead, constraints, action trackers and recovery plans.
- Monitor technical submissions, RFIs, approvals and key project deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors and internal departments.
- Support long-lead procurement, RFQs, technical evaluations, vendor alignment and expediting.
- Track project budget, quantities and progress; support VO and EOT substantiation with the Commercial team.
- Manage inspection readiness, ITPs, test packs, red-line drawings and as-built documentation.
- Identify project risks, delays and interface issues and propose mitigation / recovery actions.
- Ensure WSH, quality and project requirements are complied with.
- Support testing, commissioning, close-out and project handover.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Environmental or related Engineering discipline.
- Preferably 6–10 years’ EPC / Design & Build project experience.
- Water / wastewater project experience preferred.
- Good understanding of procurement, construction, commissioning and handover workflows.
- Familiarity with PSSCOC is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office; Primavera / MS Project and EDMS experience advantageous.
- Strong planning, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
