The posting

We are looking for an organised and driven Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of fitness-related projects and programmes. You will work closely with clients, fitness professionals, vendors and internal teams to ensure that each project is delivered smoothly, safely and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage fitness programmes from initiation to completion
  • Develop project timelines, operational plans and resource requirements
  • Develop proposals and quotations for clients
  • Coordinate trainers, facilitators, venues, equipment and programme schedules
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress, attendance, service quality and participant feedback
  • Ensure programmes meet contractual requirements, safety standards and agreed service levels
  • Manage project budgets, invoices and supporting documentation
  • Prepare regular progress reports, performance summaries and presentation materials
  • Respond promptly to operational issues and implement appropriate solutions
  • Conduct site visits and support programme delivery when required
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and participant experience
  • Perform other project-related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Project Management, Business, Sports Management or a related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in project, programme or operations management
  • Experience in the fitness, sports, wellness, events or community programme sector would be an advantage
  • Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects, schedules and stakeholders concurrently
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, responsible and comfortable working independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, and AI tools
  • Willing to travel to project sites and work outside regular office hours when required
