We specialize in pharmaceutical facility engineering and installation, delivering compliant and high-quality solutions for cleanrooms, process piping, and other specialized facility systems.

Job Summary

Lead and manage projects within the pharmaceutical process industry, ensuring project progress, quality, and safety, while coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure compliance and timely project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor project construction progress to ensure adherence to the established schedule and deliverables.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with applicable pharmaceutical industry standards and requirements.
  • Enforce site safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate project activities and client communications to align expectations, address concerns, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate collaboration between the project team and relevant authorities in Singapore to optimize resource utilization and support effective problem-solving.
  • Prepare and regularly submit project progress reports to company management to support informed decision-making.

Required competencies and certifications

  • At least five (5) years of experience as a Project Manager in the PROCESS industry, including the pharmaceutical, chemical, and oil & gas sectors.
  • Hold valid CSCPM and SWSHPP certifications (formerly known as OPISC or OPISCS).
  • Proficiency in English/Mandarin is preferred, as the role may require communication with Chinese-speaking colleagues, contractors, and fabrication teams.
  • Willing to work on-site at the project site in Tuas.
