  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, PMO, project coordination, or related roles.
  • Proven experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholder groups and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong meeting facilitation, documentation, and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Experience maintaining project plans and tracking deliverables.
