The posting

1. Job Summary

The Project Managerowns end-to-end delivery of the company's enterprise technology engagements, including core product platforms, major partner-integrated builds, andcross-border system integrations. This is a technically grounded role: theincumbent should be able to read a technical design document, review aconfiguration or setup sheet for logic errors, and hold an architecturediscussion directly with an engineering counterpart.

The role manages multiple concurrent, inter-dependent workstreams spanning enterprise system integrations and security/compliance engagements, each with its own steeringcadence, technical stakeholders, and delivery risk profile.

The Project Managerleads multi-disciplinary teams — developers, partner and client project leads, third-party IT vendors, and client-side technical counterparts — coaching themon Agile/Scrum practice while personally owning the technical accuracy of specifications, execution of the delivery plan, and architecture documentation issued under thecompany's name.

3.2 Delivery Planning & Sprint Management

• Runsprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning for cross-functionalsquads.

• Produce and maintain project timeline/tracking workbooks (dashboard, live board, schedule, task register, milestones and risks) from meeting notes and actionitems.

• Coordinate and validate system design documents and architecture diagrams exchanged withpartner engineering teams.

3.3 Technical Implementation Oversight

• Review and validate configuration setups (e.g. campaigns, workflows, or modulesettings) before go-live.

• Oversee registration/verification workstreams for overseas or third-party platformaccounts, including documentation preparation and rejection-cause triage.

• Manage merchant/client onboarding transitions from proof of concept to production, including UAT test case development.

• Oversee enterprise system integration delivery, coordinating API-level dependenciesacross vendor, partner, and client technical teams.

• Manage risk registers covering schedule, budget, manpower, and technical quality, withparticular attention to integration points with third-party systems.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
