Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage IT system development projects from planning to implementation, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timeline and quality requirements.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Engage and manage stakeholders, external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Oversee contract management, procurement activities and vendor performance.
  • Prepare business cases and budget proposals to support project funding and procurement.
  • Manage system maintenance, enhancements and operational processes to ensure system availability and performance.
  • Ensure projects comply with IT governance, quality and security policies.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks and resolve issues to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of IT project management experience.
  • Experience managing the full project development lifecycle.
  • Agile project management experience is an advantage.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar project budgets and digital transformation initiatives is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Results-oriented, organised and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
