Job Summary

You will lead site management as the Site Supervisor, coordinating manufacturing, logistics, and construction activities to ensure quality, timely project completion, and optimal team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead overall site management to ensure smooth operations and project success
  • Coordinate and direct manufacturing and logistics departments to meet quality standards and fulfill quantity orders
  • Plan project schedules proactively to ensure all deadlines are met
  • Drive and sustain optimal employee performance through effective supervision and motivation
  • Manage and coordinate all specific projects and changes to maintain workflow continuity
  • Supervise building, interior fitting-out, and renovation works to ensure compliance with project specifications
  • Monitor all site works and construction activities to maintain safety and quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with team members to foster collaboration and manage work pressure

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma in a relevant discipline

  • Experience in site supervision, manufacturing, logistics coordination, or construction project management is welcomed
