🏢 Project Specialist (Safety & Risk Management)

💰 Salary: $3,100/month 📅 Contract: 12 months

📋 Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate workplace safety and risk management initiatives.
  • Organise safety briefings, knowledge-sharing sessions and engagement activities.
  • Develop and communicate safety advisories based on incidents and safety trends.
  • Support the review and documentation of serious safety incidents.
  • Coordinate safety training programmes and monitor training progress.
  • Assist in developing practical safety measures and improvement initiatives.
  • Support stakeholders on safety-related matters and perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

  • Degree holder; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • WSH, bizSAFE and/or ACLP certification is an advantage.
  • Experience in safety management, policy development, training or e-learning is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, research, communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with e-learning development and Learning Management Systems is advantageous.
  • Good interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and detail-oriented.

🕐 Working Hours

  • Mon–Thu: 8:30am–6:00pm
  • Fri: 8:30am–5:30pm
