The posting

  • Report to the Project Manager and carry out tasks and projects assigned by the Project Manager
  • Review drawings with designers and conduct site measurements before works start
  • Apply for renovation permits (HDB, MCST or landlord approvals)
  • Plan work schedules and coordinate subcontractors and trades
  • Supervise daily site works and check workmanship against drawings
  • Manage material orders and deliveries
  • Ensure compliance with HDB/BCA rules and workplace safety practices
  • Update clients and designers on progress, and handle site issues or variations
  • Conduct defect inspections, rectify issues and hand over projects
  • Maintain site reports and verify subcontractor claims
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager

Requirements

  • Diploma/NITEC in Building, Interior Design or related field
  • 2–5 years' experience in renovation or fit-out works
  • Able to read drawings; good knowledge of renovation trades and materials
  • Able to handle multiple sites; Class 3 licence preferred
  • BCSS certification is an advantage
  • Local or permanent residents (PRs) are preferred.
