We are seeking an engaging and customer-focused Showroom Representative to deliver an excellent retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers, providing tailored product recommendations based on their needs.
  • Demonstrate appliance features and clearly explain product specifications.
  • Prepare accurate quotations and process sales orders efficiently.
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness of the showroom and ensure product displays are neat and visually appealing.
  • Coordinate product deliveries with the operations team and follow up to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and actively participate in ongoing product training sessions.
