The posting

  • Support the Property Manager
  • Supervise sub-contractors in the provisions of maintenance services and vendors in the delivery of equipment;
  • Assist Property Manager in implementing the quality maintenance program and complying with Authority/Statutory regulations;
  • Conduct regular audits of building and Systems;
  • Assist Property Manager in supervising minor projects or improvement, repair & replacement works.
  • Ensure that works are completed on time;
  • Prepare submissions and justify for variations of work to be done.
  • Attend to service requests, fault reporting, feedback and enquiries.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering, Building or Facilities or Real Estate Management
  • at least 3 years of experience in facilities management
