Job description
To provide operational support for the day-to-day management and maintenance of the property, ensuring the building, M&E systems, fire safety systems and common facilities remain safe, functional, compliant and well maintained.
Key Scope of Work
- Support day-to-day property operations and maintenance, including M&E and fire safety systems.
- Conduct regular building inspections, identify defects and coordinate rectification.
- Monitor preventive maintenance and servicing schedules.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors and service providers.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations for maintenance and repair works.
- Monitor fire safety, WSH and site safety requirements.
- Maintain maintenance records, service reports, warranties and schedules.
- Conduct monthly utility meter readings and monitor consumption.
- Prepare weekly property maintenance and operational reports.
- Carry out basic hands-on maintenance and minor repair works when required.
- Perform other duties and assignments as directed by Management or the immediate Supervisor.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in property, building or facilities management/maintenance preferred.
- Relevant technical qualifications or experience in property, building, M&E or facilities maintenance will be an advantage.
- Willing to perform basic hands-on maintenance and minor repair works.
- Able to work independently and respond promptly to operational issues.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Responsible, meticulous and a good team player.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
