The posting

The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and enhancement of assigned properties to ensure optimal performance, safety, and tenant satisfaction. This role leads a maintenance team and works closely with service providers to execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs, manage service contracts, and implement capital and special projects. The incumbent will also drive cost-efficiency initiatives, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support ESG efforts including green certifications. Additionally, the role involves project managing ad-hoc fit-out works and supporting marketing and leasing strategies to enhance occupancy. Occasional regional travel is required to supervise projects and property operations across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of assigned

properties

· Lead a team in carrying out repair works and maintenance

programs

· Supervise contractors and service providers to ensure top

performance

· Implement inspection schedules and statutory compliance

· Support marketing and leasing strategies to improve occupancy

· Drive ESG initiatives and green certification processes

· Occasionally travel in the region for property supervision and projects

Requirements:

·Diploma/Degreein Facilities Management Services / Estate Management / Building Maintenance /Engineering or related fields.

·Minimum 10 years of relevant experience

·Solid experience in property or facilities management and knowledge of property regulations

·Proven track record in Integrated Facilities Maintenance contracts management.

·Good knowledge of building systems and maintenance operations

·Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including clients and tenants

·Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

·Strong leadership and project management skills

·Ability to travel occasionally in the region
