Job Summary

Support property management by coordinating leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations while ensuring compliance with owner instructions and company procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver responsive customer service to prospective and existing owners and tenants to enhance satisfaction and retention
  • Assist the Property Manager with leasing and property maintenance tasks following owner instructions
  • Prepare detailed property condition reports for ingoing, outgoing, and periodic inspections to document property status
  • Accurately complete and lodge all leasing and management documentation, including Rental Bond Board forms, inspection reports, lease typing, monthly owner statements, and key register maintenance
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair work with contractors to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality completion in consultation with the Property Manager
  • Act as liaison among tenants, landlords, and owners to manage tenant agreements, repairs, and tenancy terminations effectively
  • Manage collection of management funds from owners, issue receipts, and follow up on arrears by notifying owners and advising on legal obligations per company procedures
  • Maintain current professional registration or license by fulfilling Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements
  • Design and arrange placement of advertising materials, including window displays, to attract suitable tenants
  • Generate weekly and monthly property status reports for management review
  • Ensure properties are maintained and presented according to owner instructions and company standards
  • Comply with lawful requirements and company procedures when securing tenants
  • Complete administrative tasks assigned by management promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain motor vehicle in good mechanical and aesthetic condition, including current insurance coverage
  • Attend all internal and external business commitments punctually
  • Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance consistent with company standards
  • Participate in key result and key performance indicator review processes to identify and implement improvements
  • Uphold a high professional and ethical profile aligned with industry and company standards
