Job Responsibilities

  1. Own end-to-end quality assurance for consumer-facing (C-end) products, including defining test strategies, test plans, and quality standards.
  2. Drive API, UI automation, and performance testing initiatives, integrating CI/CD to improve efficiency and coverage.
  3. Embed AI into the full testing lifecycle — test case generation, script writing, defect analysis, and code review — and explore LLM/Agent-based intelligent testing, promoting its adoption across the team.

Job Requirements

  1. Around 3 years of testing experience, including at least 1 year on consumer-facing projects; able to independently own project testing, covering test strategy, test case design, risk analysis, and quality assessment, with experience in process building and cross-team collaboration.
  2. Proficiency with Postman, Apifox, and JMeter, with solid capabilities in API, performance, and data-consistency testing; familiar with MySQL and Redis, and able to write SQL proficiently.
  3. Familiarity with at least one of Python, Go, JavaScript, or Bash, with hands-on experience in automated testing; familiar with Linux, network protocols, and CI/CD.
  4. Familiarity with mobile testing methods and tools (Appium, packet capture, adb), and an understanding of multi-device, weak-network, and online canary-release (gray release) scenarios.
  5. Skilled in using AI tools to assist testing, with practical experience and the ability to demonstrate measurable efficiency gains.
  6. Understanding of the principles and limitations of LLMs and Agents, with the ability to design prompts and workflows, and a strong sense of validating AI outputs.
  7. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-analysis skills.

Good to Have

  1. Experience in building test platforms, automation frameworks, or quality-metric systems.
  2. Experience in building AI testing or code-review tools based on LLMs/Agents.
  3. Experience in testing monetisation features (in-app purchases, ads, payments) or high-concurrency / user-growth projects.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
