QA Engineer
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM; Saturday, 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- Working Arrangement: 5.5-day work week

Our client is an established precision engineering and manufacturing company in Singapore, specialising in the production of high-precision components and engineering solutions for customers across various industries. The company is looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented QA Engineer to support its quality operations and work closely with production, suppliers, and customers to ensure product and process quality.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform and oversee product quality inspections in accordance with customer specifications and requirements.
- Lead and supervise QC Inspectors in carrying out incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections.
- Work closely with the Production team to identify, investigate, and resolve quality-related issues.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers/vendors regarding quality complaints, feedback, and corrective actions.
- Initiate non-conformance investigations, conduct initial root cause analysis, and follow up on corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans through to closure.
- Maintain and manage Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and records.
- Support and participate in internal and external quality audits.
- Ensure quality procedures and inspection activities are consistently followed in accordance with company and customer requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality.
- Perform any other quality-related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Engineering or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of QA/QC experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a precision engineering or similar environment.
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Good knowledge of QA/QC techniques, inspection procedures, and quality methodologies.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 is required; knowledge of ISO 13485, AS9100D, or other relevant quality standards will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with NCR, root cause analysis, CAPA, and quality investigations is preferred.
- Able to lead and supervise QC personnel while working independently when required.
