Job Description & Requirements
· Inspect raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
· Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to food safety and quality procedures.
· Conduct routine quality checks, sampling, and laboratory testing as required.
· Verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and company quality standards.
· Identify product defects, investigate quality issues, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
· Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.
· Ensure sanitation and hygiene standards are consistently followed throughout the facility.
· Support internal and external quality audits and regulatory inspections.
· Work closely with production, warehouse, procurement, and maintenance teams to resolve quality-related concerns.
· Monitor calibration of inspection and testing equipment.
· Assist in developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
· Train production staff on quality and food safety requirements.
· Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
· Ensure compliance with applicable food safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
· 1–3 years of experience in QA/QC within the food and beverage manufacturing industry (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles).
· Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, or other food safety management systems.
· Understanding of food safety regulations and quality control procedures.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
· Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred:
