Job Title : QAQC Manager Location : Kaki Bukit Working days : Monday to Friday ( 8.30am to 5.30pm)

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented QA/QC Executive to oversee quality assurance and quality control processes for construction projects. The role involves ensuring that all works comply with project specifications, regulatory standards, and quality management systems, including ISO requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Monitor site activities to ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Conduct inspections and quality checks on materials and workmanship.
  • Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation such as inspection reports, checklists, method statements, and quality records.
  • Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Handle non-conformance reports (NCR) and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
  • Assist in internal and external ISO audits and maintain related documentation.
  • Liaise with consultants, clients, and certification bodies regarding quality matters.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, project requirements, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of QA/QC experience in the construction industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System and audit procedures.
  • Familiar with construction drawings, inspection procedures, and quality documentation.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
