We are looking for a QA Supervisor/ASSURANCE ENGINEER to work with the Quality Manager to oversee quality control activities on the production floor and ensure all plastic injection molded parts meet customer and internal requirements. This role involves managing inspectors, handling quality issues, and working closely with production to maintain consistent standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure products meet drawing specifications, tolerances, and customer requirements
  2. Supervise and guide operators/workers on daily inspection activities (incoming, in-process, outgoing)
  3. Review and approve first article, in-process, and final inspection results
  4. Handle non-conformance issues, including containment, investigation, and corrective actions
  5. Work with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence
  6. Monitor and maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation
  7. Support customer requirements such as audits, complaints, and quality submissions (e.g. PPAP if required)
  8. Ensure proper use and calibration of measuring equipment
  9. Knowledge in QA instruments Eg: CMM, Smarts-cope, Vernier etc.
  10. Maintain housekeeping and compliance with safety and quality procedures Key Skills Attention to detail and consistency Problem-solving and root cause analysis Communication and team supervision Able to handle shop floor situations and work under pressure
