QA Technician – 1-Year Contract

Location: Singapore Duration: 1-Year Contract Working Hours: 5-day work week, 8-hour rotating shifts Shifts: Morning / Afternoon / Night, including Public Holidays Salary up to 2400 + $400 transport + Shift allowance $460

Job Responsibilities

  • Review GxP records and manufacturing documentation for critical process steps to ensure specifications and quality requirements are met.
  • Review exceptions, deviations and critical alarms and ensure appropriate investigation and resolution to support batch release activities.
  • Support quality oversight for Compounding, Filling and Packaging operations.
  • Perform quality walkdowns within manufacturing and operational areas, including cleanrooms.
  • Administer GxP documentation and samples through Learning and Document Management Systems.
  • Support the distribution, review, approval, archival and destruction of quality documents and retention samples.
  • Issue Manufacturing Batch Records (MBRs) and coordinate label-printing activities.
  • Support LIMS activities to ensure accuracy, compliance and alignment with production schedules.
  • Conduct and support customer complaint investigations, including monitoring and trending complaint data.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to investigate quality issues and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support initiatives to improve operational efficiency and quality performance.
  • Ensure compliance with the organisation's Quality Management System, GxP and safety requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of Quality Operations.
