Job Overview

  • Location: Singapore
  • Salary Range: SGD 3,500 – SGD 4,800 per month
  • Industry: Precision machining, semiconductor, and metal manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspection & Quality Standards: Oversee inspection gates and enforce ISO 9001 and AS9100 compliance.
  • Process & Vendor Management: Handle FAI/NCR reports using root-cause methodologies and manage supplier performance.
  • Leadership: Train and schedule QC staff while collaborating with engineers.
  • Knowledge in precision machining and any hand on experience on CMM knowledge

Requirements

  • Education & Experience: A Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Precision Engineering alongside 5+ years of QC experience in CNC machining or metal manufacturing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in GD&T, CMM, SPC, FMEA, and advanced blueprint reading.
