The posting

Primary Job – Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)

  • Implement EHS procedures and maintain relevant EHS records and documentation.
  • Conduct monthly workplace safety and facility inspections, and follow up on findings to ensure proper closure.
  • Assist in near-miss and incident investigations, including follow-up on corrective actions.
  • Support Safety Risk Assessments (RA) and ensure effective control measures are implemented.
  • Support emergency preparedness and response activities.
  • Maintain records of environmental aspects and impacts.
  • Manage visitor safety requirements and the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system.
  • Conduct EMS and OHSMS internal audits and prepare audit summary reports.
  • Conduct safety briefings and awareness training for operators.

Secondary Job - Quality Assurance (QA)

  • Support IMS document control and maintenance of procedures and work instructions.
  • Assist in reviewing IPQC/OQC reports and in preliminary investigation of non-conforming products.
  • Assist in tracking NC records and MRB/disposition activities, and follow up on timely closure of corrective actions.
  • Support coordination of supplier quality issues and customer enquiries/claims.
  • Participate in QMS internal audits and assist in preparing audit summary reports.
  • Support QMS activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in EHS, Quality, Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in EHS and/or QMS is preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 will be an advantage.
  • Fast learner, proactive and able to work independently.
  • Good analytical, communication and documentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and workplace safety.
