Job Summary

You will be responsible for full quality control inspection, functional testing, document verification, FAT support and final product quality release to ensure all industrial products comply with company standards, project specifications and shipment quality requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct systematic incoming and in-house product inspection for industrial instruments and actuator equipment according to quality standards and technical specifications
  • Perform full functional testing, performance verification and defect checking to ensure product reliability and conformance
  • Verify technical documents, test reports, datasheets and certification documents to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Support Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) preparation, on-site testing coordination, witness testing and FAT documentation arrangement
  • Perform final quality assessment, quality validation and official quality release approval before product shipment
  • Identify non-conforming products, record quality issues, initiate non-conformance reports and follow up on rectification and re-inspection
  • Maintain accurate QC records, inspection logs, test results and quality filing for full traceability
  • Assist in continuous quality improvement, standard compliance maintenance and ISO quality system adherence
  • Ensure all finished goods meet customer project requirements, industry standards and company quality policies prior to delivery

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation or related engineering disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Quality Control, product inspection or industrial quality assurance roles
  • Hands-on experience in product inspection, functional testing, document verification and FAT support activities
  • Familiar with industrial automation instruments, actuator products or engineering equipment quality standards is highly preferred
  • Basic understanding of ISO 9001 quality management system and standard QC workflows
  • Able to identify product defects, analyse quality issues and complete accurate inspection documentation
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, disciplined, with strong quality awareness and systematic working attitude
  • Capable of completing batch inspection tasks efficiently and ensuring zero major quality issues for shipment
