The posting

Responsibilities:

  • Lead quality management initiatives throughout the product lifecycle, from new product development and validation to production launch and customer implementation.
  • Establish, enhance, and maintain robust quality management systems, standards, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance with industry and customer requirements.
  • Drive risk assessments, failure prevention, and mitigation strategies while ensuring compliance with quality standards such as IATF 16949 and reliability testing requirements.
  • Partner with engineering, manufacturing, project teams, suppliers, and customers to define quality expectations, improve deliverables, and ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Implement APQP methodologies, workflow governance processes, and lessons-learned practices to strengthen product quality, improve development efficiency, and drive sustainable improvements.
  • Lead and develop multi-site quality teams, setting objectives, optimising resources, fostering collaboration, and driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee quality performance reporting, system integration initiatives, and end-to-end quality activities, including supplier quality, manufacturing quality, field performance analysis, and customer complaint resolution.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering
  • Experience in Semiconductor Industry
