About Our Client :

Responsibilities

  • Perform general Quantity Surveyor/Contracts duties such as quantity take-off, preparation of costing, contract administration
  • Be responsible for pre and post contract QS Services
  • To assist in project tender
  • Handle progress interim payment, claims applications and variation orders
  • Manage claims to minimal
  • Assist project manager in procurement and sub-contracting matters
  • Negotiating and agreeing the valuation of construction, variations and/or final account.

PRE-REQUISITES:

· Degree holder with at least 2 or more years of working experience

· Good communication skills, good team working skills.
