Key responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BQ), tender documents, and project budgets
- Analyze project drawings and specifications for cost planning
- Evaluate contractor quotations and negotiate contract terms
- Monitor project costs and prepare progress claims
- Assist in contract administration and variation order management
- Conduct site visits and measurements when required
- Maintain accurate project cost records and reports
- Coordinate with project teams and contractors to ensure cost efficiency
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related Engineering discipline
- Good knowledge of construction costing, estimation, and contract administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant working experience, particularly in piping works within the semiconductor industry, is an added advantage
