The posting
1. Carry out Quantity Take off for the project whichincludessourcing for suppliers and sub-contractors, collating price comparisonandcosting summary.
2. Study and identify discrepancies intender/contractdocuments.
3. Produce quantity measurement within the targetedtimeline.
4. Prepare and call quotations including analyzingandevaluating for costing of tender; or negotiate and award of subcontractsforprojects.
5. To ensure completeness and timely submission oftenderbids.
6. Prepare cost budget, track changes indesign/constructionwork and adjust budget projects accordingly.
7. Review and prepare agreements for award tosubcontractorsand suppliers.
8. Certify and evaluate progress work done,includingcontract administration for variations for both subcontract and maincontractworks.
9. Assess and submit monthly progress claims, andrecommendthe subcontractor's monthly progress payment.
10. Finalise subcontract and main contract's final account.
11. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/MechanicalEngineering or related discipline.
• Min. 1-2years of similar capacity experience intheSanitary & Plumbing Industry or M&E Industry would be anaddedadvantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM, Photoshop and MSOfficeApplications.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-pacedenvironment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
