Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in identifying suitable residential, commercial, and investment properties based on their requirements and budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Source and promote property listings through various advertising platforms and marketing channels.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide clients with relevant property information and market insights.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, marketing activities, and company-generated leads.
  • Act as an intermediary between property owners, landlords, buyers, tenants, and other relevant parties to facilitate property transactions.
  • Negotiate and coordinate offers, tenancy agreements, sales documentation, and other transaction-related matters.
  • Coordinate the transaction and closing process to ensure documentation and required procedures are completed accurately and on time.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the property transaction process.
  • Keep up to date with Singapore's property market, regulations, policies, and industry developments.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to develop long-term relationships and identify future business opportunities.
  • Ensure all property transactions are conducted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and CEA requirements.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Valid CEA registration/licence as a Real Estate Salesperson (RES) is preferred/required for candidates intending to conduct regulated estate agency work in Singapore.
  • Candidates who are currently pursuing or eligible to pursue the relevant real estate qualification may also be considered, subject to applicable CEA requirements.
  • Strong interest in the Singapore property market and a genuine desire to build a career in real estate.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
