Working Location: Company Outlets, Singapore Work Week: 5.5 Days Work Week Annual Leave: 9 Days Onwards

Job Responsibilities | 工作职责

  • Perform general receptionist and administrative duties. 负责一般前台接待及行政工作。
  • Perform data entry and maintain customer information using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. 使用客户关系管理系统（CRM）进行数据录入及维护客户资料。
  • Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping and filing systems are maintained. 确保文件、记录及档案系统整理完善。
  • Maintain excellent telephone etiquette when handling customer and internal calls. 处理客户及内部电话时，保持良好的电话沟通礼仪。
  • Book and confirm customer appointments via phone calls and/or SMS. 通过电话及/或短信安排及确认客户预约。
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, divert calls to the relevant departments and take messages when required. 处理来电及去电，将电话转接至相关部门，并在需要时记录留言。
  • Attend to customer enquiries and provide accurate information about the Company's services and treatments. 处理客户咨询，并提供有关公司服务及疗程的准确信息。
  • Manage and update customer appointment bookings accurately. 负责管理及更新客户预约安排。
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional image at all times. 始终提供优质的客户服务，并保持专业形象。
  • Guide and train new staff members when required to support team development. 根据需要指导及培训新员工，协助团队发展。
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management. 完成管理层安排的其他临时工作。

Requirements | 任职要求

  • Prior experience in retail, customer service or telemarketing will be an advantage. 具备零售、客户服务或电话销售经验者优先。
  • Able to commit to retail working hours on weekdays and weekends/public holidays. 能够接受零售行业工作时间，并配合平日、周末及公共假期的工作安排。
  • Weekdays: 10:45 AM – 9:00 PM 平日： 上午10:45 – 晚上9:00
  • Weekends & Public Holidays: 9:45 AM – 6:00 PM 周末及公共假期： 上午9:45 – 下午6:00
  • Cheerful, friendly and outgoing personality. 性格开朗、友善及外向。
  • Customer-oriented with a strong commitment to customer service. 以客户为导向，并重视客户服务。
  • Basic computer skills are required. 具备基本电脑操作能力。
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. 具备良好的沟通及人际交往能力。
