The posting

Administrative & Stakeholder Support

  • Daily Administration: Handle documentation, data entry, correspondence management, and stakeholder inquiries via phone and walk-ins.
  • Printing Services: Print worksheets, booklets, letters, and other learning or administrative materials.

Student Care & Operations

  • First Aid & Sick Care: Administer basic first aid and care for unwell students.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform any other tasks assigned by the school.

Working Hours & Schedule

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (includes a 45-minute lunch break).
  • Friday: 3:00 AM to 3:30 PM (includes a 45-minute lunch break).
  • Off Days: Weekends and gazetted public holidays.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Possess a GCE 'N' level certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience & Certifications: Basic first aid knowledge, with relevant experience working in a primary school setting preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Soft Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging stakeholders, capable of multitasking, and able to work collaboratively as a team player with good time management.
