About Our Client:

Our client is a premier real estate agency in Singapore known for expert property advisory and a strong network of professionals. Driven by industry expertise and operational excellence, they deliver high-quality, island-wide property services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and professional customer service to property agents, walk-in visitors, phone calls, and email enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Welcome new property agents and assist them with the onboarding process, including the collection, verification, and processing of all required documentation.
  • Build strong working relationships with agents through effective communication and continuous service support.
  • Handle feedback, requests, and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and ensuring timely follow-up until full resolution.
  • Support daily office coordination to ensure smooth front desk operations and a welcoming environment for visitors.
  • Provide proactive support to enhance the overall experience for agents, visitors, and internal team members alike.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 2 year(s) of experience in a front desk, customer service or administrative support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office will be an added advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as attention to detail
