Bubbles Gymnastics (formerly known as Sky Gym) was established in 2005 to cater for children aged 1 year and above to learn gymnastics in a FUN, SAFE AND POSITIVE environment. Our aim is to promote ‘Gymnastics For All’ through our custom designed activities for both our competitive and non-competitive programs, reaching out to as many children as possible. We strive to impart gymnastics skills in a structured and fun manner while developing the individual as a whole. At Bubbles Gym, you will find friendly & encouraging coaches to ensure that your child learns gymnastics in a whole new approach.

Job Summary

Join Bubbles Gymnastics as a dedicated coach to develop and deliver structured gymnastics programs that foster skill development and competitive readiness. Collaborate with team members and engage with parents to ensure a supportive and effective learning environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement coaching strategies that prepare gymnasts for competitive events, ensuring progressive skill development and clear advancement pathways
  • Monitor, measure, and evaluate the effectiveness of the competitive gymnastics program to drive continuous improvement
  • Coordinate practice planning and skill development sessions to optimize team performance in competitions
  • Communicate consistently and effectively with parents to provide updates on gymnast progress and address inquiries
  • Maintain accurate registration and attendance records to support program administration
  • Assist in preparing detailed lesson plans for camps and classes to enhance training quality
  • Coordinate scheduling for all coaches and manage events organized by the company to ensure smooth operations
  • Support daily operations by supervising and training employees under the guidance of superiors
  • Manage day-to-day email correspondence and perform other necessary administrative duties to maintain organizational efficiency
  • Collaborate independently and as part of a team to deliver quality coaching and service
